Ctrl-F12

Changes the focus to the CIM Agent whether it is docked or floating. The agent dialogs are active - keypad, phone, or Select Target dialog.

Responses can be customized and inserted within e-mail using an exclamation point (!) to designate the customized response and must end with a space key, tab key, or enter key stroke. For example, a pre-programmed response of Hello, can I help you? can be inserted with the hot keys !Hello.
Note: The keyboard shortcut for customized responses is customizable. Symbols such as a dollar sign ( $ ) or percentage symbol ( % ) are allowed. Contact your system administrator for the hot key assignment. The default is an exclamation point ( ! ) symbol. |
