Definition- Inclined not to be harsh or strict; merciful, or generous

SEVERE
Definition-harsh; unnecessarily extreme
Example- Trina Forest wanted to pass a law that would make the punishment for cutting down the forest more harsh.
ENTICE
Definition- To attract by arousing hope or desire; lure
Example- The commercial promising lower gas prices enticed Phil Rupp to the new gas station down the street.
REPEL
Defiinition- to drive someone away
Example- Even though he was a good doctor, Dr. Hurts' name repel some potential customers.
TRANSPARENT
Definition- something that is easily seen through
Example- The lie was very transparent and BobJim's parents could easily see through it.
OPAQUE
Definition- does not allow light or understanding through
Example- The problem remained opaque despite many explanations.
