3/4 tsp of prairie dust


Drop in the fryer for 3 minutes

Drop in fryer for 2:30


1/2 tsp of prairie dust sprinkled over wraps


2 cup of romaine in a canoe plate

1/4 cup of diced Roma tomatoes


1/2 oz of sour cream drizzle over top of wraps

1, 10 oz portion of spinach dip


Microwave for 1:30


4 oz of tortilla chips dropped in the fryer for 30 secs


1/2 tsp of prairie dust on the chips


1/4 cup of shredded provolone on top of the dip

Sweet chili calamari

1, 9 oz portion of calamari


1 oz of buttermilk


1 oz of super breader


1/4 tsp of prairie dust

Texas tonion

16 oz of frozen tonion


Drop in fryer for 2:30


1 1/2 tsp of prairie dust


1 1/2 oz of tonion sipping sauce, served on the side


1/2 oz of sour cream drizzle over top and 1/4 tsp of chopped parsley

White cheddar stuffed mushrooms

5 mushrooms mircowaved for 45 secs


1 portion of four cheese sauce microwaved for 20 sec


Pour the cheese into bottom on the canoe plate and place the mushrooms on top


1/2 cup of provolone shredded cheese


3 tbl of seasoned parm bread crumbs


Put in the melter for 1 to 2 minutes

Wild West shrimp

9 oz of 70/130 shrimp tossed in 1 oz of buttermilk followed by 1 oz of super breader


Drop in the fryer for 1:30


Toss them in 1/2 cup of sweet and hot peppers along with 1/2 tsp of prairie dust


1 oz of garlic butter

Crispy blue crab bites

7 crab bites


Drop in fryer for 2:30


Put 1 cup of mixed field greens on a canoe plate, put the bites on top


Drizzle 1/2 of citrus remoulade on bites and put 1 1/2 oz in a ramiken on the side.
