Stress Test
What is the basic procedure for a stress test?
You induce myocardial ischemia (exercise, dobutamine, adenosine, dipyridamole) while detecting with EKG, Nuclear imaging.
What will you see on an EKG during and exercise stress test if there is ischemia?
ST depression
If there is a positive stress test, what could you do next?
consider other diagnosis like GERD

Coxsackievirus, echovirus, adenovirus, TB, HIV, Post MI, Post Surgery, Uremia, Cancers, Procainamide, Hydralazine
