oncovin aka vincristine MOA =

testis and cervical cancer; Hodgkin's disease. Not used as mono-therapy. Used in ABVD Hodgkin's disease regimin. represents 'B'

fever, thrombophlebolitis, acute anaphylaptic rxns: *Pulmonary toxicity, interstitial pneumonitis, fibrosis, cardio respiratory collapse in patients with lymphoma
