What is the standard adult dose for flucloxacillin oral?
250-500mg every qid
Same as for dicloxacillin
What is the standard adult dose for roxithromycin oral?
150mg bd, or 300mg daily.
What is the standard adult dose for cephalexin oral?
250-500mg every 6 hours, or 500-1000mg every 6-12 hours.
What is the standard adult dose for amoxycillin oral?
250-500mg tds, or 1g bd.

1g tds can be used in severe infections (e.g. pneumonia)
