Tiwanaku Culture
650-1000 AD. Located in the highlands.

Inka Culture
1476-1533 AD. Very Brief. Exact end date. Inherited a sets of systems and cultures from all the other cultures of highland and lowland, kind of like the Romans. The biggest reach of distribution, were able to bring together a vast amount of area. Capitalized on previous generations of knowledge. Also have spectacular art. Sophisticated gold work. Spanish conquest and small pox took 7 years to dismantle the Inka.
