abduction

movement of a limb away from the midline, fingers or toes spread apart

Adduction

movement of a limb toward the midline, fingers or toes together

Circumduction

combination of flexion, extension, abduction, and adductions. The limb as a whole outlines a cone

Flexion

Decreasing the angle of the joint and reducing the distance between to joints.

Extension
