What is the order of nerve, vein and artery in the femoral triangle?

Remember.... D - VAN

Doodle, Vein, Artery, Nerve

1. Why are right sided murmurs loudest in inspiration and left sidedmurmurs louder in expiration?

During inspiration decreased thoracic pressure allows increased venous return to the right atrium and hence right ventricle this causes higher right stroke volume. This causes leak through the tricuspid valve to be larger and turbulence through a potential pulmonary valve stenosis to higher.

the same mechanism occurs on expiration whereby chest cavity depression pushes blood out of the lungs to the left atrium and ventricle.
