it runs between the calvaria and the dura matter.

see a 'lense shape' CT scan of the brain being squished to the opposite side of the injury.

Subdural Hematoma - what vessel(s) are torn? Where does the blood go?
Tearing of bridging veins between the dura and arachnoid, invents a space between them. Bridging vessels torn.

not teathered - can spread all around the skull.
subarachnoid hematoma - what causes it? what's a symptom?
Usually an aneurism in the circle of willis. Bad headaches are a symptom.
What is the main cause of subarachnoid hematoma?
80% = trauma, 15% = circle of willis aneurism
