Median nwrve

Ulnar nerves

Where do the trunks divide relative to the clavicle?

Divide into AP/P divisions behind clavicle. Only cords are infraclavicular

Trace the path of the radial nerve

Below teres maj

Btwn two sup heads triceps

Sends branch to supply triceps

Spirals in spiral groove humerus raking it med> lat side endjng up lateral supracondylar ridge (origin brachioradialis)

Divides P. Interosseous n. & cutaneous n.

Cutaneous branch continues lat side forearm under brachioradialis and into dorsum hand

Main mltor branch goes through 2 heads supinator and into extensor compartment forearm supply muscles there

Trace path cephalic vein

Winds around lat border radius to appear ant surfacw

Continues ascend up lateral aspect forearm but visible ant aspect

At level cubital fossa, communicates via median cubital w basilic

continues ascent lat arm (lat biceps) then through deltopectorak groove

Continues to just above clavicle, pierces clavipecroral fascia and joins axillary vein.

Trace path basilic vein

Starts medial side dorsal palmar arch

Winds around media. Side to appear antero-medial aspect

Communicates median cubital

Runs up medial side biceps, quits superficial layer halfway up to join brachial venae comitantes at approx level teres major to become single axillary vein

Elain upper limb lymph drainage

Superficial lymph follows sup veins

Deep follows deep

Drain into axillary lymph nodes as well as back and chest
