Dosage
Adult
-VF/pulse less vtach= 300mg IV/IO, repeat at 150mg after 3-5 min.
-wide complex tachy=150mg IV/IO over 10 min.
-ROSC= 1mg/min over 6 hour
-max= 2.2g IV/IO over 24 hours.

Peds
-VF/pulse less vtach=5mg/kg IV/IO
-wide complex tachy=5mg/kg over 20-60min
-max=15mg/kg
Interactions
Don't use with sodium bicarbonate, heparin, aminophylline. Increases digoxin, Dilantin levels. Half life=40-55 days.
