300mg IVP, diluted in 20-30cc
may repeat 1/2 dose in 3-5 minutes

Administration: Wide Compex Tachycardia
150 mg infusion over 10 minutes
May repeat as needed
Follow with slow infusion 1mg/min over 6 hrs

Administration: Post Resuscitation
150 mg over 10 min, unless 150 given during arrest
Followed by slow infusion of 1mg/min (360 mg over 6hrs)
