I start focused prep by 5:30 am

I leave for work at 8:30, gym at 6:15 and start getting ready by 5:30

MP- I am following the autoimmune protocol 100% until I talk to the doctor again

So I have adequate sleep

I'm getting to a much healthier place and it requires taking

Very good care of myself - by June I weigh 154 lbs and I am be taking only 1/4 an Adderall & 200 MG of caffeine each day

I only eat extremely dense calorie food

After I measure it. Rare exceptions must be planned 24 hours in advance or more

I absolutely never

Eat non-whole work, client or co-worker food. This 1 rule is so helpful I always always follow it

I leave for the gym by

6:15 am and work by 8:30 am - period. This helps a lot in being successful at work

I eat lean

Lean protein at each meal and drink lots of water all day to keep appetite lower

Hunger is

Not an emergency. I can wait and I can easily go to sleep feeling some hunger.

I pray and

Actively seeking a relationship with God.

Everyone is

Valuable and I act in ways that care about their well being AND their salvation

I start getting ready at

5:30; I leave for the gym at 6:15 and work at 8:30. I get to work by 8:50am

If I can do something now, I

Do it now. Today not tomorrow. Procrastination = stress and poor performance

Following the autoimmune protocol completely

If I mess up

I quickly go back to doing well and I problem solve to learn from it

Treat=

Unnatural, dried fruit, sweetners. Inflammatory foods are not treats. They are potentially poison

I get up to

100 calories or 10 points per day and an extra 350 calories once per week of treats, which is plenty

I wait until after

5pm to have treats almost every day, so it's easier to be smart about them
