What is a constant? |
A fixed value that we know, a number or
symbol which we know for certain the value of that is by itself. Examples in bold, 3x + 7 = 19 18 - x = 3x |

What is a variable? |
A symbol for a number we don't know yet, it is usually the letter x or y in algebra. But can be other letters or symbols such as degrees when dealing with triangles or complete words in some problems. Examples in bold, x + 23 = 30 2x + 7 = y |

What is a coefficient? |
A number used to multiply a variable, sometimes a letter can stand in for the number. Examples in bold, 3x +14 = -7 x+ 3b = c |

What is an operator? |
An operator is a symbol which represents an operation, examples are multiplication, division, subtraction and addition. Examples in bold (Hard to see), 7 - x = 5 2x + 17 * 3 = 4 |

What is area? |
The quantity of space inside any outlined 2D object. |

What is the perimeter? |
The length of the closed line surrounding any 2D object. |

Quadratic graph. |

What represents the roots on a quadratic graph? |
The x intercepts. |

When a graph line crosses another line such as the x or y axis. |
