Use Max rated takeoff thrust (no derate allowed)
Use F/D for takeoff and initial climb Use longest suitable runway Use flap setting of 5 thru 15 Consider increasing Vr up to Vr + 20 or Takeoff Limit Weight Vr, whichever is less (calls,"V1"," Vr", "V2"," Rotate") |

stabilized approach NLT 1000 ft AGL use most suitable runway that avoids windshear areas add appropriate airspeed correction avoid large thrust reductions or trim changes in response to sudden airspeed increases as these may be followed by large a/s decrease crosscheck f/d commands vs. vertical flight path instruments closely monitor glide slope displacement, altimeters, vertical speed |

PF: Autopilot/Autothrottle - Disengage
TO/GA - Press Thrust/Pitch - Max Power, Rotate Simultaneously roll wings level and rotate to an initial pitch attitude of 15 deg Speed Brake - Down Detent PNF: Ensure max thrust selected Verify all reqd actions have been accomplished and call out any omissions PF: Do NOT change flap or gear configuration until windshear is no longer a factor Monitor vertical speed and altitude Do not attempt to regain lost airspeed until windshear is no longer a factor PNF: monitor vertical speed and radio altitude call out radio altitude and rate of climb/descent |
