Al-Iqaamah
Means to stand up for Salaah. Sunnah is to say it right before the Salaah, by the Muaadhdhin, even when praying alone.

the one who announces al-Iqaamah
After "Hayya 'alal Falaah" say:
Qad qaamatis Salaah (2x)
Prayer is ready (2x)
When hear "Qad qaamatis Salaah," one listening says:
Aqaamahallaahu wa adaamahaa
May Allah keep it established forever!
Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar
Allah is Greatest
Ash hadu allaa ilaaha ill Allah
I bear witness that there is nothing worthy of worship but Allah
Ash hadu anna Muhammadar Rasuulullah
I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah
Hayya 'alas Salaah
Hasten to the Prayer
Hay ya 'alal Falaah
Hasten to real success
Allaahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar
