Pnuematic Hoses
Equipped w/ dual locking quick disconnect fittings
3/8" inside diameter, PVC core, single spiral poly yarn braid reinforced w/ PVC abrasion resistant cover Working pressure: 300 psi (4:1 safety factor) Colors/Sizes: Yellow = 32' Red = 32' Black = 16" |
Safety In-line Relief Valve
Designed to keep bags fully inflated when bags are disconnected from the controller or when excess pressure must be relieved due to shifting loads and/or temp changes
Consists of an air inlet and outlet, safety locking ring, quick disconnect fitting, shut-off valve to isolate the associated lift bag, internal non-adjusting spring loaded mechanism designed to releive bag pressure in excess of 135 psi |
Dual Deadman Safety Relief and Control Valve
Single input/dual output controller
Quick disconnect hose fittings Dual push button controls (apply and release air pressure to either one or two bags) Two guages w/ 118 psi relief valve Depress associated valve spring loaded button for inflation/deflation |
High Pressure Regulator
Reduces inlet pressure of up to 6,000 psi to 135 psi
Designed primarily for use w/ scba cylinder |
Airbag Uses
Lift and displacement of heavy rigid objects requiring less than 1" of bag insertion clearance
Building collapse, structural containment, vehicular extrications, industrial entrapments, excavation collapse and containment |
Airbag Maintenance
Clean bags w/ mild soap and water
Wipe exterior surfaces of accessories with damp towel Inspect bags for cuts, abrasion, air bubbles, and bulges Inspect hoses for cuts, cracks, crimps, and brittleness |
Airbag Safety
Safe to use in explosive environments
Inflate slowly and only lift/move amount necessary Always use cribbing in conjunction w/ airbags in case of load shift Stack only 2 airbags together and use protection plates beneath them |
