I am eating natural, unsweetened foods that fit

In 10 years, 2025, I am

42 years old, I've been a consistent lean size six to eight for years, and I am one of the most physically active and capable 42 year olds I know.

In June2016, I am looking great, thin and feeling very healthy.

I am either healthy in pregnancy or I am weighing under 154 lbs. I feel great about my appearance swimming or wearing summer clothes

This week I am improving my health and body

With rotating between rest and exercise that pushes me, sleeping enough, eating only excellent whole foods and plain water, and de-stressing when needed.

I always measure

My food when reasonably possible

I am in bed by 9:00 pm almost every night

So I have adequate sleep

I wait until

After 5:00pm to have treats almost every day so it is easier to be smart about them
