2. FDC Sign 3. Nameplate, plus incoming supply pressure. 4. Rule of Thumb: 150 psi upto 10 floors, +5 psi each floor over 10. Over 225 psi, use threaded 3" Under 225 psi, stortz will work HRTM 17, (4), (5) |

Tandem Pumping
|
Use Lobby Control engine (4th) and lay out 5" to a hydrant. Tandem pump maintains 100psi while attack pump maintains FDC required pressure. Operators work to balance rpm's and maintain some type of flow to manage pump temperatures.
