Hydrogen bond:

The attraction between a positive and a negative side of a atom (two different atoms).

Disulfide bond:

it is between sulphur atoms, and it binds two peptide chains, ti is also the structural determinant in proteins.

h

Hydrogen bond:

they are found in the B sheet- it is situated between the peptide strands. this sheet has regions of polypeptide backbone which lie parallel and are connected by hydrogen bonds, which helps keep the shape.

h

Disulfide bonds:

Part of the tertiary structure, and are covalant bonds, otherwise known as the molecular safety pin, keeps the parts of the polypeptide firmly attached.
