ATROPINE 0.5 mg while awaiting pacer (repeatable up to 3mg).

Epi 2-10 is alternative

1) CPR

2) Defibrillate

3) EPI 1mg - Vasopressin 40 - EPI 1 mg between shocks
4) Secondary drugs: Loading Amiodarone 300 mg or Lidocaine 1-1.5 mg
5) Second dose: AMI 150 mg / Lido .5-.75

How do you treat?
1) CPR
2) Epi 1mg q 3-5 min -OR-
Vasopressin 40 U
3) Alternative: Atropine 1 mg
Tachycardia w/pulse -
O2, EKG, IV access
1) Vagal maneuvers first
2) Adenosine 6mg, then 12mg, and 12 mg if necessary
