1) CPR
2) Epi 1mg q 3-5 min -OR- Vasopressin 40 U 3) Alternative: Atropine 1 mg |

2) Adenosine 6mg, then 12mg, and 12 mg if necessary |

First establish O2, IV access, EKG NEXT: |
if no other symptoms, initiate vagal maneuvers, ASA, adenosine
