-CEO Samson Abraham.

-currently running this business aloneas this business finally launches and expands, it’s much needed to hire others as there will be a lot of empty positions

-16 years of age, currently in grade 11

-I’ve experienced a lot of change going on around(city, country, society).

-There has been a lot of entrepreneurs that made outstanding change in society

-Me as a witness to the change, it definitely helped me mentally to come up with many idea’s that I could come up with too

-3 years experience at a barber shop; developed skills-I’m an outgoing entrepreneur that has a very creative mind

-With the motivation of seeing people like me, who took the shot/risk of becoming an entrepreneur and becoming successful, helped me believe I could do the same.

-Developed; inspiration from many African American girls/women I know (such as family and friends)

-see a trend with braids; sense to start business

-This machine has 4 general kinds: cornrow braids, box braids, french braids, & fishtail braids

-aim for product; for women and even men to; not spend a lot of money for the service of braids, to try different styles of your choice, and to save time instead of the long hours of hand done braids.

-Seen by questioning people (mostly women) about the struggles of hair braiding

-people enjoy hand-done braids and the time it consumes; but from the survey, others also believe it would be nicer if there was a hair braiding machine that people could benefit from

-At the time, I believe a hair braiding machine would be useful, for the satisfaction of the people(African/American focus).

-the revenues would be coming from the sales of the hair braiding machine.

-Each machine would be $120 + tax, with an additional hair products; hair conditioner/shampoo, bristle brush, oil, quality blow dryer, heat protectant spray, flat iron, and curling iron.

Right now there is not really any competition reason being there isn’t a hair braiding machine invented that can provide the styles and job Easy Braids can provide.

-targeted to mainly African American females, as the machine is essential with their hair texture

But it’s still targeted to all women, because it will provide products that will get hair vibrant and healthy

The product will spread through local hairdressing companies such as; First Choice, Chatter’s, Studio B urban hair etc,.. and even local Discount store/retail companies such as; WalMart, Shoppers drug mart, etc,.

Easy Braids will provide jobs all around the city such as; salesperson, distributor, manufacturer, advertiser/marketer, and assistance.

It will benefit my customers by giving a new look to there hair which is very vibrant and healthy for the hair.

Buying this product will save you lots of money, instead of paying for the service of it hand-done.

The machine will even take a much shorter time for braiding to be done, depending on which hairstyle choice.

Goal is for business to grow and have a good base, it will expand in more better cities; cities that are very good economically.

As the business starts, I plan on getting the product out to hairdressers companies locally, than nationally, then retail stores, then globally.

This idea is to be protected by CIPO(Canadian Intellectual Property Office), which provides company; trademarks, logos, patents, copyrights, industrial designs, and agents.

Before the business launches, my goal is to get a loan from you (Mrs. Lambert) of $80,000 for an investment, that you will receive a percentage of 30%, and 10% royalty.

This will help me get all the devices needed and workers for wage expenses.

-It would cost about $50 approx to manufacture each product and sell for $120, so it would be $70 profit
