Anxiety

desensitization or exposure are very helpful, pictures first by imagining lowest level of phobia building up to the high level, try to break fear down. this is called fear of hierachy
Specific phobia
intense and persistent tear that is both excessive and unreasonable in the presence of a specific object or situation. not helped by reassurance of other in knowing that the fear is unreasonable

Fear
fight or glight, autonomic, there is a specific stimulus that can be seen
Panic
is a discrete episode of intense fear usually lasting less than 20 minutes

Panic disorder
person must have recurrent, unexpected attacks with at least one of the attacks followed by one month of worry about having another
Agoraphobia
fear of being in a place where escape may not be possible

CBT, it is more complicated than phobias to treat, the problem being that there is no trigger.
Obsession
involves persistent recurrent and unwanted though images. person cant ignore these thoughts
Complusion
actions and rituals to try to neutralize the thoughts of obsession
GAD
a condition characterized by nearly constant worry that is difficult to control and persists for more than 6 months.
