Irregular parts of the skin that look like bands, stripes or lines.
Enlarged Organ
Can be visible when patient breaths, enlarged liver or spleen to descend below the rib cage.
Gastric Pulsations
Normal aortic pulsation is frequently visible in the epigastrium

Bruit
Vascular sounds resembling heart murmurs, r/t increased turbulence in blood flow thru a partially occluded artery. May indicate an aortic aneurysm.

Heard over liver or upper abdomen. Indicates liver disease, hepatic cirrhosis.
Friction Rub
Over Sleep, inflammation or infarction. Over Liver; primary or metastatic tumor. Cause grating sound.

Press on left lower quadrant, pain will be on the right for appendicitous

Inflamed gall bladder (behind liver) hook fingers under right ribs, a lot of pain

appendix in abdomen point on front hip and belly button, third way up and pain
