Deposits and withdrawals are made like in a regular bank account. Deposits, as well as the interest that accumulates, increases the value of the relationship. Withdrawals decrease the value of a relationship and result in loss of trust.

Deposits = being on time, listening, admitting mistakes and correcting them

Withdrawals = deceit, lack of respect for another’s time, talking down, arrogance, gossiping
