FLW Form 880 (Training Center Attendance Record).Initiated daily at company, platoon or class level. The Company’s FLW Form 880s must be maintained as long as soldiers are at the same training area as defined in FLW Reg 210-14. The form will be present at all training sites and will contain the names of all trainees, Drill Sergeants and Drill Candidates who are absent from the training site and the reason they are absent. FLW Form 880 is a working document and is not to be used as an attendance roster.
