What's the main function of the right side of the heart
Blood returning from the body flows into the right atrium carrying CO2 waste, and when the heart beats the blood gets squeezed into the right ventricle then pushed it out into the lungs.

Give oxygen rich blood to the body it comes into the left atrium from the lungs, then flows from the atrium to the left ventricle. When it contracts it pumps blood through arteries to the body.
