What is the binomial system?
A nomenclature first designed by Carolus Linneaus, where every species has a Latin name. The first part is the genus and the second the species.
What is the format of the binomial system.
First letter capitalized (not the second part) and all italicized.
What is the binomial nomenclature for humans?
Homo sapiens.
What are the seven levels of taxa (in descending order)?
Kingdom, Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus, Species.
