Power issue. Graphics Card. Dirty projector lens. Projector lamp nearing end of life. Settings are turned down. |

Flickering Image |
The refresh rate for the monitor might be set too low. Video Card driver. Monitor might be damaged. Cable connections. |

Check power cables. Check the settings on the monitor. Look for anything that might generate an electromagnetic field. Check refresh rate. Drivers. |

Distorted Geometry |
Check Cables. EMI. Refresh rate. Software issue from OS. Bad monitor. |

Burn-in (ghost image) |
Constant, non-moving image on the screen. More of a problem with older CRT or plasma monitors. Created by image sitting on a screen for too long. (Screen savers help). |

Oversized images and icons |
Screen resolution is set too low. Software settings - icon settings on desktop. Display drivers. Hold the CTRL key while scrolling the mouse wheel. |
