Range: Grade I-V
Grade I : laceration < 1cm
subcapsular haematoma < 10% Surface area
Grade II : Laceration 1-3 cm
subcapsular haematoma 10-50% SA
Grade III : laceration > 3cm
Subcapsular haematoma > 50% SA
Ruptured subcapsular / parenchymal haematoma.
