What is Validate Scope
Validate Scope is a process that occurs after the quality control process to obtain Acceptance of the Deliverables. Verified Deliverables are reviewed with the project stakeholders using the traceability matrix, scope statement, requirements documentation (scope Baseline), performance data to form the basis for final acceptance.
Validated Scope

Validated Scope involves inspections. Those inspection perform validation activities to determine if the product meets the requirements. Validation activities answer the question




"Does the end product and its design meet the customer need"

Quality Control

"Does the produced product or deliverable meet the specifications/design?"
