(6) The individual should be able to communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
(7) The individual assigned as an SME should no have been selected for assignment. You want him or her to have time to provide you with continued support.

The formal SME wil be required to assist in establising local training programs and technicle answers for: Records Management, Enterprise Information Management (EIM), Web-Rims, Client Support Administation, and so on. Informal SMEs are the people you will call when you need quick answers to difficult technical questions.
