*CE Funded: SABER chief gets approval from the BCE or Deputy BCE for the project amount before the project manager completes the appropriate funding documents.
*MAJCOM Funded:When local or user funding is not available, the project is placed on the approved Facilities Board Project Priority Listing for all programs.
