- by phone - by writing ( if you report in writing, you address to the chief of IAB and forward direct or via fax to the command center within 24 hours ) - if you do it anonymously in writing, you forward to chief of iab OR post box |

Upon observing or becoming aware of corruption or other misconduct, involving mos will notify ? |
IAB - give preliminary facts - details of corruption or other misconduct |

Do you, MOS, have to ID yourself to IAB for reporting corruption? |
No. - he may ID himself or can do it anonymously. Obtain Confidential Identification Number from the command center investigator. |

When a mos receive an allegation of corruption against oneself, will request ? |
A Supv to respond to the scene - Supv will (in order) : 1st - interview the complaint 2nd - confer with IAB, CC 3rd- interview the member concerning the allegation. |

Corruption reporting against OTHER GOVT AGENTS, MOS will notify ? |
- CO (if not present, tell the highest ranking Supv in the command ) AND - IAB (id yourself, give call back #, preliminary facts and comply with instructions)
**that Supv member who was notified by mos, will do a 49 to chief of iab with details. Forward original and copy in sealed white envelope address to IAB, command center |
