1. Category - felony before misdemeanor 2. Classification- select A before B 3. Degree - select 1st degree before 2nd before 3rd 4. Penal law article and section - select 140 before 150, ect |

- each homicide victim - each perp of a crime who is killed - each individual killed, seriously injured and likely to die or critically injured as a result of a motor vehicle/bicycle collision - each victim of sex offense - each victim of an assault EXCEPT if incidental to sex offense or robbery - each additional person injured in an Arson (Assault by fire/explosive) |
