During the 1920's and 1930's many nativists were scared of the new immigrants who were then coming in becuase of job oppertunites.
After world war one ended president Harding believed in isolationism because he did not want his country to get involved again.
Mass Media
Now that the worrld was starting to create more inventions, there was alot of mass media so that all the new technology was sent through to the public.

The teapot dome scandal was a deal made by one of the Ohio Gang members to release oil during the Harding Administration.

Return to normalcy was the policy that harding had told to the public after the war, so that the world could become normal again.
