Toddler fracture
Undisplaced distal tibial shaft spiral fracture, due to rotational shearing in newly ambulance child. Presents non weight bearing or with limp, DDx includes other pathologies e.g. Septic arthritis and irritable hip. Initial radiology may be NORMAL, but if local tenderness and suspicion persists, POP and repeat in 10 days.

NOT NAI
