Cerebral cortext and NMJ as well as postsynaptically in the autonomic ganglia.

Succinylcholine produces paralysis by blocking the nictoinic receptors at the NMJ

Cerebral cortext and in the anterior horn of the spinal cord. ALL preganglionic neurons in the ANS (symp and parasymp) release ACh and postganglionic neurons in the PARAsympthetic branch are also cholinergic - sympathetic branches only release ACh on exocrine sweat glands and blood vessels.
