Daisy: [Welcoming gesture] [happy voice] We would like to thank you all for being here today your honor, and ladies and gentlemen of the jury. [more serious]

We are here today to review a dreadful series of events. As prosecution we have the burden of proof and we will show you beyond resonable doubt, that the truth is revolting, and that Frankie D’ Angelo is guilty of first degree murder to his own father.

Reilly: This case is not about a regular boy, but is about murderous boy who couldn't control his rage, and instead of acting, his anger came out, [slow thunderous voice] and he went insane to the point where a body had to hit the floor for him to realize that his actions where inhumane.

Reilly: This case is not about a regular boy, but is about murderous boy who couldn't control his rage, and instead of acting, his anger came out, [slow thunderous voice] and he went insane to the point where a body had to hit the floor for him to realize that his actions where inhumane.

Daisy: [serious voice] Being prosecution we have the burden of proof, where we are forced to show beyond any reasonable doubt that [hand gesture to boy] this boy,

which this room should be disgusted by, is guilty of first-degree murder of his own father. [smirky smile] How can we prove this? Well, this boy has lived in the slums all his life, Frankie D’ Angelo has been pushed around since the day he set in this cruel world,

beaten on a daily basis since the age of five, his mother dead when he was nine, living terribly without motherly support. We have seen how these emotions can take a toll on people. [slowish voice sad]

Unfortunately for the boy it went to an extreme, and he couldn’t fight through it. Instead of dealing with these problems the boy started doing obscure actions like stealing a car and getting into knife fights, even to the point

of being reprimanded and sent to reform school only to return to the abusive arms of his father. This anger built up inside, until one day he snapped

and killed his own father. After being pushed around all those years can change someone entirely, although after going over the evidence in court, we have reasoned to believe that young man is guilty of the murder of his own father.

Reilly: [happy smile] So maybe the defendants will leave you to believe that people can change, although that's true, not everyone does. [hand gesture to boy] Do you really think someone like

Frankie D'Angelo who has grown up in the slums will really change? How can we prove this, we'll according to his neighbor Susan Carloni who has known the family her whole life stated, during a restless night she looked out her window seeing the boy Frankie committing the crime. Susan Carloni was able to identify who it was.

Now we all had restless nights at some point, but you may think what if she's lying? would Susan really lie? She's known the boy Frankie D'Angelo his whole life, would someone really lie about a crime so big.

Knowing it could affect someone's life forever. You should definitely think otherwise. Although the truth is revolting it's obvious the boy Frankie D'Angelo has clearly killed his father

Reilly: [ move your hands around to the sentence] If that piece of evidence wasn't enough, James Howard was also fortunate to recognize the young man. His voice screaming “I'm going to kill you!” it was obvious to what the boy’s intentions really were.

After the old man James Howard also heard with his own two ears a body hit the floor. Then subsequently, he got out of his bed and walked out of his home, while he was outside he saw the boy running through the apartment stairs.[ put 2 fingers up]

We have two eyewitness accounts, at this point what information, can lead you to believe that Frankie D'Angelo didn't kill his father. The truth is revolting, jurors you need to evaluate wisely at the evidence provided. We don't want a ruthless killer running around our city crippling beloved people's lives.

none

We have shared you what proves D'Angelo is guilty without reasonable doubt, we hope you make the wise decision of showing a reckless young man that because of his barbaric actions. He’ll have to grow up and face those actions behind bars.
