This amendment explains that an individual is limited when he or she issues a lawsuit towards the state. excessive punishment is included as you are limited on how effective your lawsuit towards the state is. This amendment is in affect for any person(s) within or foreign to said state.

Defines That an electee can only serve one term. In total an electee can only serve at most 4 years but can resign or be impeached. Cannot be changed by any means other than the president can serve 2 terms.

Defies the 18th amendment. Acts as a repeal Amendment allowing alcohol being sold, produced, and consumed. Made because regardless if it was legal or not, alcohol would easily be distributed, made, and consumed.

If the president where to be elected again he can only serve a total of 8 years. Extended compared to others only serving one term. only works if the majority of votes are in the presidents favor.

If a president were unable to preform his duties in any way including death then the vice president will be put in his office. Made to Clarify chain of command and to explain what would happen in the event of it being unbalanced. presidents before died when this amendment wasn't even thought of.
