What is Morality?

The standards an individual or group has about what is good or bad and right or wrong

What does morality consist of?

Rules of human behavior and specifies what actions are right or moral and what are wrong or immoral

Free market economy - profit ensures maximum social benefit so business ethics not needed



Manager's most important obligation - loyalty to company regardless of ethics



As long as companies obey the law - they do all that ethics require
