I have a teenager or close to. As a juvenile, we believed that we could do everything that comes on main without consequences or we just ignored them. We all have gone throw adolescence and probably went through many problems that made us mature but many did not had the change because they probably were killed or have to live with the consequences forever.

We will always have adolescents. I could not be the most experienced person but I was once an adolescent I did not drove under any substance but I can give my opinion. The teen should be educated when there is a change to educated them because most of the adolescents would not care until there are fatal consequences. I would think enforcing the law will probably lower the rates but will not stop them because the job of discipline is shown at
