1. How did the employee perform based on the job description and specific goals? Please explain:

Krissy takes the initiative to tackle new account setups for L&I while still learning the MSO program. Being one of the newest team members she has become knowledgeable in the MSO account setup which is helping our newest dealers. When the work load increases she is quick to help tackle our customer demands and assist with providing timely responses.

Krissy has mastered with maneuvering through Axapta and the ART folder. She is able to research an issue with the tools provided helping to minimizing escalations. When she does escalate she is able to provide the details for a quick response.

Please explain how the employee can enhance/improve their skill set?
a. To improve her new set up process Krissy can go through the documents and make sure they are completed in their entirety before submitting them for approval. Take time out and ask questions if she isn’t sure. Use her notes or the steps in the process and procedures to make sure she has completed all of the required fields to successfully complete a new account set up.
b. To make sure she is following the timeframe/ guidelines of account resources regarding Salesforce, when interacting with a customer pulling up their account in Salesforce and notating key points of the conversation/email. In regards to her incomplete attempts, she can run a report “Paperwork in Progress” and follow up all incomplete attempts assigned to her.
c. By being here every day at her scheduled time can give Krissy the time she needs to learn new and existing programs.
d. Krissy can use her time wisely by not letting her cell phone and Facebook distract her from her day to day job functions. When using Facebook making sure she is on her scheduled lunch or break and not on company time.
e. Continue to assist with internal and external customers by using her resources to learn more about the program and
