Observation during the visit The agency’s waiting room was well put-together, with small decorations, which reinforces the comfort that clients should feel when they walk through the door to the agency. The atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The front desk attendant was kind and approachable. Although there were no clients in the waiting room, it remained comfortable. However, clients may get the impression of the appearance of a doctors’ office, which could discourage clients.

Andrea acknowledges that clients face problems when they cannot provide appropriate documentation in order to receive services. As a result, she is faced with the challenge of not being able to enroll them in services. She also expressed that in a day, there is a lot to do; balancing all of her duties can be stressful.
