Introduction
There have been empirical assessments of the validity of measurement scales and theoretical definitions of organizations’ ethical culture. Early studies reinforce the contention that an organizations ethical culture encourages progressive organizational behavior and the attainment of organizational objectives (Riivari & Lämsä, 2013).

Indeed, ethical culture has a significant role in the creativity of the workforce (Mohamad, 2010). Innovation does not occur in an organization that does not have a corresponding positive ethical culture (Čmelíková, 2017). The study utilized two designs: a descriptive design that involved the use of questionnaires on the participants, and correlational analysis that investigated the relationships between the study variables.
