What makes it challenging is knowing the employer in other words the boss that is what makes it very challenging. Working for any healthcare organizations there should be a healthy working relationship between the physician, health care professionals and employees. I would say by having a good team development, good communication skills, and administration will help me become successful when working with the physician.
