The relationship regarding weight discrimination for individuals who are overweight and organizational policymakers creates an unusual for employers because the number of people who are over weight in the workforce continues to growth. It is important to note that obesity is highly stigmatized in our society while for those individuals with overweight problems continues to create a negative bias and discrimination in different settings. Organizations should address weight-based discrimination as noted in our textbook, “view the negative consequences of weight discrimination through the same preventive lenses used to consider other discrimination violation policies. They should add size, weight, and appearance to the company’s zero tolerance
