Who am I? Who/what do I love? What is something I believe to be true? I am a short, blonde, girl who goes to Sartell high school. I love music and all things British. The first major thing he talks about is what happened on the night he went on a date with another woman. He answered all of her questions and took each word she screamed the best he could. He had laid himself out there and came clean, “Listen, if you want access to my phone, if you want to check to see if I’m telling the truth, you can look at it anytime you want. E-mails. Facebook. Whatever. I’m an open book from here on out”, (Farby, 266). He came clean and was an open book to her, even more, when he told her why he was fired. He explained that he was stealing medication from his company and selling on the side, “I found a pharmacist who bought them under the table. He gave me a couple of other names in a couple other cities. But the biggest market for this is a college campus. Kids cramming for a test, writing papers in the middle of the night, they thrive on this” (Farby, 281). He knew the consequences of this, but still did it and all Elizabeth told him to do was to bring it back, ask for forgiveness, and pray that it would turn out all right. Tony came clean and both times he felt like a weight had been lifted off of his shoulders.
