Actually stating to the staff that it is felt that Noah is not receiving the proper attention and that his health is declining. In the end, refusing to leave the hospital until the proper care is given. However, if leaving the hospital, one should request quidance to other resources such as printed instructions, other hospitals serving the pediatric population.
